Gajendra Singh is a Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in science and a master’s degree in physics from Garhwal Vishwavidalaya, Srinagar. He was previously associated with Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board as a member, with GAIL (India) Limited as a director (marketing). He has been associated with our Company since August 1, 2025.
