Commtel's CSR Initiative- The Next Level of Commitment

Commtel Newsletter Issue 10 - CSR
Change is one the most constant things that we witness at irregular intervals. Some changes are unwanted or untimely yet some bring that whiff of freshness and zeal which stays with us forever. Something also changed in Commtel over the past several months and now has become an inherent part of all its action. Corporate philanthropy is something that has come naturally to Commtel when we say 'Respect People and Be Socially Responsible'.

Our association with 'BAL ANAND', the government recognized orphanage, has grown only stronger in the past 6 months. From addressing their basic needs to spend some quality time with the children, Commtel has been with them and pledges to only enhance its relationship. In another such development Commtel also took the responsibility of funding education of a group of children for an entire year at the "BHATKE VIMUKT VIKAS PRATISTHAN" near Solapur/Latur. This organization focuses primarily towards rehabilitation of different nomadic tribes in and around Solapur/Latur District.

Child education, among other social commitments, is something that has been a primary focus area for Commtel. Caring for the old and elderly is another social commitment which is duly addressed by Commtel's long time association with Mercy John Memorial Public Trust, an NGO dedicated to the care and treatment of the elderly.

As we move forward to witness some exciting times, Commtel would be upbeat about its social commitments and look forward to add value to many lives in as many ways as possible.
